After graduating from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in art practice, I worked as a museum educator at the Museum of Children’s Arts, researching and planning for new programs such as field trips, art parties, and open studios.
I also worked at the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco to support public programs, contributing to the growth of innovative programs that inspire audiences and expand upon the exhibition's themes like Gauguin: A Spiritual Journey and Contemporary Muslim Fashions (November 2018–June 2019).
I recently graduated with a master's degree in Global Arts and Cultures at Rhode Island School of Design. After graduating from RISD, I have been working as an exhibition designer for art exhibitions. In addition, I continue to develop a new exhibition, in which I will be an exhibition curator. My role as the exhibition designer is to organize and design all aspects of the virtual exhibition, including recommending the appropriate 360 degrees 3D galleries, installation of the 2 and 3-dimensional artwork and the accompanying art information in the virtual galleries, creating and installing videos, audio, wall graphics, directional signage, and human figures into the virtual galleries. I also create video tours of the exhibitions for YouTube and presented them at a virtual public program. Throughout my work, I coordinate with other members of the exhibition team. Through art, I have the ambition to develop a platform that would serve as a center of communication and change. Furthermore, by raising awareness of the prevailing community’s challenges, I would like to shed light on unrecognized values and marginalized perspectives.
